DTA was great, browse a page with video content and click the DTA icon on the tool bar and voila, instant save. On winxp fire fox has DTA (down them all) download manager and flash got stream grabber, used to be my go to. Or better yet, integrate with the browser and have an icon to click to do the same. put a "save link with open video" option in the right click context menu near the copy link option. Really the whole copy link, change window, paste link, download process could be streamlined. Issue with the auto fill of copy link option, i never touched this option left as standard auto fill but now its broken. you can change back but the file link is comtaminated and will only repeat the process of downloading the whole vid and saving a jpeg. Issue with the "save thumbnail as file" option, not sure what this is supposed to do, but if selected open video downloads the whole entire video but only save a thumbnail jpeg, the mp4 file is lost. Now got it going on long lists of files doing 10 at a time showing 2-5mb/s.Ĭrashed a few times and restoring the list it checks the files 100% loaded, this is unnecessary and time consuming. Issues with download list bogging down, only load one vid at a time and slowly at that (25kb/s).
get it working on the streamers like netflix and you are onto a winner. Had a few issues, works with most sites tested but not all.
